Snow being cleared during blizzard conditions

During the recent extreme weather conditions Booth Venture's site at Harwood experienced heavy snow falls and temperatures as low as -16°C. On several occasions these conditions totally blocked both our access road and site haul roads making them impassable to vehicles.

Site equipment usually employed for earthmoving was used to clear feet of snow and through a mixture of man power and determination the site remained open to our customers.

Special thanks go to James Booth (Bolton) who provided rock salt to grit the cleared roads throughout the shortages to keep us open.
