Planning permission granted for Equestrian Park

Booth Ventures has received planning permission to regenerate Asmus Farm Quarry a former council landfill site into an equestrian facility.

Government stops tax exemptions on contaminated sites

Tax exemption appilications on contaminted sites must be received by HMRC before 30 November 2008 and will remain in force until 31 March 2012 when the exemption is removed. Booth Ventures can continue to accept qualifying material exempt from tax past this deadline.

Booth Ventures expands its range.

Booth Ventures is currently responding to customer feedback and is expanding the range of aggregate products produced at Harwood Quarry. To this end the company has just taken delivery of a new Fintec 1107 crusher which can be used on both virgin and recycled materials.
