Booth Ventures Are Now SMAS Accredited

Booth Ventures continue to take health and safety with the utmost importance which is why we have been working towards our SMAS Worksafe accreditation. During the assessment, SMAS reviewed the business’s H&S system against the Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSiP) Core Criteria, approved by the HSE, to demonstrate the organisation’s capabilities.

The newly granted accreditation provides peace of mind for our customers that our health and safety management system is of a high standard and allows the business to provide a range of safe contracting services.

Paul Anderson, Operations Director for Booth Ventures said: “This is the natural step for the operating arm of the business as we move away from being a localised contractor. We have spent 15 years operating quarry and landfill sites and will now look to utilise this expertise in carrying out earthworks contracting. Having SMAS accreditation is only the beginning as we move onto the next exciting chapter of our business growth.”
